To become a part of our #MoveAtHome Program:
- Follow the day to day activity for your Child(ren)’s Class(es) and FunYoga for Students, Families, Staff Module’
- Select any activity Card and follow the instructions on how to perform
- Download the daily log reports to give points to your child’s Physical Activities
- At the end of each month (eg. end April/May/June), upload your child’s Score.
- Post your child’s activity photos and videos on social media and tag us with the hashtag #MoveAtHome on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
- Fill the form and share link of your Child’s Activity Videos
- You can download the Digital Certificate of your Child.
Movement is Fun
Kids can learn how to incorporate fun movement ideas into the tasks that we do in our daily lives. Get the whole family moving more at home. Finding ways to be more active around the house sets a good example for kids and can help you stay on top of housework. You can combine exercise with other activities, like cleaning, cooking, folding clothes, cleaning whiteboard.
Simple Home Workouts for Kids
Exercise should be a part of every kid’s life early on, to ensure that their bodies develop correctly, uniformly and healthy. Remember that you need to exercise 4-5 days per week to start seeing results. This workout improves flexibility, improves their muscle strength, helps burn any unnecessary body fat while also boosting their metabolism and improving cardio circulation.
Dance Workouts with Children – Dance away Calories
Those who love Dance and Zumba, here is an exercise to burn some calories with these rhythmic ZUMBA moves. We recommend to do this workout 2-3 times a week. You can burn up to 450-650 calories in a 60 minute workout.
