As a general rule, this App collects the following Personal Information about user when they use the App – Name, Email, Phone No. If their child(ren) study in a school which uses fitness365 / goforfit App, user can add their children to the App if they choose to provide these information – Name, Gender, DOB, School ID – so that they can view the class-wise lesson plans, assignments, quiz, resources, PE Lessons, Live Sessions etc. If the user chooses to take the fitness test of their children or family members, they can add them as members in Take Fitness Test section and undertake the fitness tests. They need to provide the data required for BMI and each fitness test after which they can view the fitness dashboard, fitness history, fitness benchmarks. The information required depends upon what user do when using the App.
