Activity Description –

Warmup Activity – THROW AND GO :

Each student will need a noodlette for this activity. Starting on one side of open space, students will practice their throwing technique by throwing the noodlette across space. When the noodlette lands on the floor, they will pick it up and continue throwing until they have made it across. Students should be focused on demonstrating the proper technique for throwing (underhand or overhand) throughout this warm-up activity.

Main Game – Noodle Golf

Divide the students into 4-5 groups who would line up half on either end of the play area. The front person (wearing a band or a pinni) in each team from one end of the play area starts striking the noodlette using the noodle in the direction of his/her team standing on the other side of the play area. When the noodlette lands on the floor, they will pick it up and continue striking until they have made it across to the other end teammate. Hands over the noodle and noodlette to the front person in the lineup and moves/herself to the last in the line. The process is repeated at both ends until the first person wearing the band or the pinni reaches back to its starting end and position
