As part of the Fitness365 (LivePLUS) Fitness Program for Schools, we had with us Padma Shree Ajit Pal Singh (Arjuna Awardee (1970), to address to the little tots in Air Force Auditorium on Children’s Day of Tagore International Schools.

Shri Ajit Pal Singh said in his address to young children: “It is important to have a scientific approach to Fitness and Sports Education by schools and parents. India must invest in developing Fitness and Sports at a Grassroot level for it to succeed in the world stage. Fitness365 is working in the right direction of helping develop these skills for young children – some of these children will be identified as Top Talent from schools and will graduate to National Level Sports Programs.”

Amazing Achievement of this wonderful person – makes us proud!!!

Ajit Pal Singh was also part of the Indian Team in 1968 Mexico Olympics (Bronze), 1972 Munich Olympics 1972, Montreal 1976. He played International Hockey between 1960 and 1980.
